Budget from last year
Set a 12-month budget for a company or a group. It starts from last year's actuals; edit it in a grid or in Excel.
Cash forecast & planning
A 13-week cash forecast built from what customers owe and what you owe, rolling forecasts against budget, and alerts when a number crosses a line you set.

How each line is built
Every assumption is listed in a box on the page, next to the chart, and the whole forecast exports to Excel.

Minimum & lowest point
Set the least cash you're comfortable holding. The forecast shows closing cash for every week, the lowest point, and the first week it drops below your minimum. That's the week to chase a big invoice or move a payment.
Run it for one company or for a consolidated group. In a group, intercompany parties with matching names are left out, so money moving between your own companies doesn't count as cash coming in.

Budgets & rolling forecasts
Set a 12-month budget for a company or a group. It starts from last year's actuals; edit it in a grid or in Excel.
Actuals are compared with the budget line by line, with each variance marked favourable or unfavourable.
Months gone show actuals. The rest are projected from the remaining budget, a 3-month run rate, or last year plus a growth %. Override any month, then save it as a new budget version.
See the full-year figure next to the budget and last year, with a chart, and export it all to Excel.

Halfkit checks every day: cash runway, cash, receivables over 90 days, intercompany gaps, revenue and net margin, each against a limit you set. It emails you when a check trips and again when it recovers, and posts to Slack if you connect it.

Questions
No. The 13-week forecast is a cash view built from receivables, payables and the planned items you add. Halfkit doesn't do driver-based P&L, balance sheet and cash forecasts with scenarios. Rolling forecasts project the P&L against your budget.
You set a collection percentage for amounts that are very overdue, and only that share counts as cash coming in. In the example above, 94.0 more than 30 days overdue at 50% adds 47.0.
No. For a consolidated group, customers and suppliers whose names match another company in the group are treated as intercompany and left out.
By email, and to Slack if you connect it. You hear when a check trips and again when it recovers.
